Arbitration

The Nut Association provides contract services including contractual Terms and Conditions which are widely used. We also provide an arbitration procedure that, in the event of a dispute arising between contracted parties, is quicker and cheaper than legal proceedings.  An appeal procedure is also offered, should that be necessary.
